DC Volunteer Lawyers Project is a non-profit organization providing free legal and support services to low income domestic violence survivors, immigrant survivors of gender-based violence, and children living in unsafe homes. Utilizing an innovative volunteer model, we pair volunteer lawyers with experienced supervising attorneys who are part of DCVLP’s staff. This model allows DCVLP to broaden our impact and serve over 2,000 victims in our community annually.
We provide everything you need to confidently and competently represent your client, including training, supervision, a pleadings library, malpractice insurance, office space to meet your client, and more.
